The Children's Chorus of San Antonio was founded with the mission to bring the highest quality choral music education and performance opportunities to our children and youth. Singers represent the metropolitan area of San Antonio as well as surrounding communities and perform in a variety of concerts, both formal and informal, throughout the city. CCSA's advanced choirs have traveled across the state and around the world with feature performances at state, regional and national music education and choral conventions and have toured Scotland, Italy, Ireland, England, Canada and France. Our singers regularly perform with the San Antonio Symphony and Mastersingers and have been featured on NBC-TV's Today Show and NPR's Performance Today. Through immersion in music from all over the world, and our local flavor that is such a mixture of varying cultures, CCSA celebrates the diversity that is America and San Antonio. |
